Lekker! Lekker! That's what I say when I eat stroopwafels which means "Yummy" in english. This caramel cookie waffle was first made in Gouda, Netherlands, in 1784. The old days. it's sold in the streets as a snack but now I just go to Albert Heijn and buy it. If you ever visit the Netherlands, you have to try them.
These are richly filled chewy cookie and one of Netherlands true specialties.
